About this listen

This book is a collection of 20 distinct philosophical reflections, some nearly of book length. They cut across the full spectrum of the most fundamental questions concerning truth, beauty, and justice, featuring original interpretations of almost every canonical thinker. Above all, the essays demonstrate a revolutionary mind that defies conventional binaries, such as science and religion, East and West, radical right and far left.

great

love the content. Jason's thoughts are very provoking and give a lot of alternative perspectives to common topics

Fascinating Concepts Poor Audio

While the content is extraordinary, and ideas put forth, as in all of Jorjani's work, stimulating and often controversial. He seems to relish this role of provocateur and he does it well. That said, I would love to listen to these concepts many times over in audiobook form. However, Daniel Natal, if there is such a person, has the ability, annoyance, to be able to speak rapidly without ever taking a single breath. It's as if there are no commas or paragraphs. Certainly killing any chance of nuance or emotional emphasis. Quite robotic and, sadly, unlistenable. Especially so in that, all of Jorjani's work merits multiple listenings as well as reading. It's interesting, this audio, being such as it is, that Jorjani himself is a gifted speaker. So "Read by the author" would be a major plus. He has the ability to articulate complex ideas on the fly quite well, as evidenced by his many podcast interviews... all btw I listened to many times over. Sadly should Daniel Natal do the voiceover (sounds AI'ish) for his new book, I will have to pass and wait for the many interviews, hopefully, that will follow.

Not human 😂 , unlimited replay value.

I absolutely have and love all of Reza’s titles, it feels as if it was a very advanced being or AI putting all of the intel together. Similar to S.T Thomas Summa, Schopenhauer’s Collections, or Albert Pike. Not even Pinker seems relevant after one gets exposed to this, regardless of how all of it was produced and or compiled, I’m having a blast going through them multiple times, who knows, maybe was chat GPT, don’t care.
