I took time to listen and absorb every part of the book as it richly answered some deep questions for me about my life journey, my purpose, and to help me get clearer insights on soul perspectives for upcoming life choices.

This is very practical and usable information. It's not a bunch of feel-good spiritual phrases that don't have practical application. If you grasp what this book is saying, it will positively transform your life on all levels.

Each and everytime I both read and apply the practices from this book, I am filled with so much love, grace, and inner healing. This is truly one of the most empowering books I've ever read, and I've both recommended and gifted it to more people than I can even remember. If you're committed to the journey of learning and self-discovery, do yourself and humanity a favor and buy this book.

My suggestion would be to listen all the way through the first time, then go back and re-listen again and do all of the self-reflective journal practices at the end of each chapter for greater integration. I promise you won't regret it.
