Excellent resource!
This is a fantastic book. It is full of compelling ideas and solid action items. Even better, the author is great to listen to. I could listen to him for ages and ages! Regardless, this is a book I’ll be coming back to again and again. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in exploring lucid dreaming.

I really liked this book
I read/listened to this book cover to cover and have tried all the techniques in the book! I have my dream plans and I know when I'm dreaming. I see everything as a movie and I have not gotten to the point where I can take control of the dream. I have been using the techniques to remember my dreams and recall them hours later. The lessons in this book I've found very useful! I have recommended this book to others to help them learn to lucid dream!

A lucid dream is encouraging.
With the tool box techniques Charlie presented in this book I was able to experience a Lucid dream after the fist reading. It was awesome. I look forward to going to sleep.
