About this listen

A USA Today best seller!

One of O, The Oprah Magazine’s “22 Romance Novels That Are Set to Be the Best of 2020” and one of Goodreads’s “28 of the Hottest Romances of 2020”

From New York Times best-selling author Lauren Layne, the “queen of witty dialogue” (Rachel Van Dyken, New York Times best-selling author), comes the final installment of the Central Park Pact series, a heartfelt and laugh-out-loud romantic comedy that’s perfect for fans of Sally Thorne and Christina Lauren.

Can guys and girls ever be just friends? According to Audrey Tate and Clarke West, absolutely. After all, they’ve been best friends since childhood without a single romantic entanglement. Clarke is the charming playboy Audrey can always count on, and he knows that the ever-loyal Audrey will never not play along with his strategy for dodging his matchmaking mother — announcing he’s already engaged…to Audrey. But what starts out as a playful game between two best friends turns into something infinitely more complicated, as just-for-show kisses begin to stir up forbidden feelings.

As the faux wedding date looms closer, Audrey and Clarke realize that they can never go back to the way things were, but deep down, do they really want to?

Audrey and Clarke have been best friends since grade school and have helped each other out with playing like they were engaged. Now they need each other again. Will this time be different? I really liked this story and the other two in the series. The narration of Kelsey Navarro and Kyle Tait were great and brought the book to life.

Great finale in the series

This is the best if the trilogy. While predictable, it's sweet. Fairy tales can exist

Predictably perfect

Definitely my favorite from the series. All 3 books were good but I find this book really defined love, forgiveness and redemption.

This story gets major points for originality, humor, narration, but mostly for romance!!

Great Romantic Comedy

This was a swoon worthy book that hooked me from the start. What I didn’t realize till it ended was that there were no sex scenes and it didn’t matter one bit. I loved Clark and Audrey’s friendship from the beginning and loved how they figured out how loving their best friend turned into being “in love.” And a woman having girlfriends like Audrey had, is always a beautiful thing to read. Kelsey Navarro and Kyle Tait are not narrators I know, but both did a great job. Especially Kelsey. This book is romance at its best.

Happily Ever After

The Central Park Pack was an amazing series. I waited months for the release of the third book and it was GREAT. My only complaint is it wasn’t long enough I listened to it in two days. I enjoyed Audrey’s and Clark’s story their friendship turned love affair was magical. I wish I could find my Prince Charming the way Audrey did. Another romance series I would love to see as a Lifetime movie.

Love, Love, Love

sometimes what you need most is right in front 9f you. A book to make your believe in love again.

great love story

Loved the book. I have to say that I got annoyed by the whole premise by the end that they were just continuing on with the charade and neither would admit love. And the whole “best friends” aspect was a little overdone without them actually being willing to tell each other things - took away from their friendship being “best friends”.
