This book doesn't try to motivate you to buy some course or lead you on into another product, but instead delivers value from the get go.
I liked the fact that it was read by Alexander himself, rather than some other narrator. It added some personal feel to it, especially since I've followed his YouTube channel for a while now.
Really worth the purchase.

I love this book because you can immediately apply it's lessons. The lesson I like best is that you start of with as little of one minute a day of your new habit or ritual and continue to engrain it in your life from there. It is so empowering because I feel I can pick up a new habit easily and feel like I can conquer the world.This is a book I want to engrain the lessons in my life. I have picked up a lot on the first listen but this is one of those books I wanna listen again and again so that I apply even more of it in daily life.
I call it potentially life changing because we will have to see if within a 100 days I actually changed my poor habits into healthy ones. I definitely believe the lessons in this book have the potential to do so.
