I really like the book. The recipes are kind of out of the box a lot of the time. But the meal plans were a bit misleading, I thought it would have more plans later ou but you can do that yourself

great resources

This book is a great resource for anyone wanting to save time and money in the kitchen. Most of the recipes can be made ahead to be refrigerated to be used within a few days or frozen to last longer

well organized


Very well organized book packed full of good information. A lot of it is common knowledge and/or basic, but put into a structured format it seems simple. I myself love to be organized but it usually takes more energy than I have. There is a lot of great advice and I think this would be a good resource for someone with the time and ambition. Some of the recipes sounded good and I will probably try them. Others seemed a little too sophisticated for Tupperware. I don't think I am going to get serious about prepping in advance anytime soon. If that is your thing then you'll probably want to get this book.

absolutely delicious


I've always wanted to start meal prepping, but it seems overwhelming. This book makes it super easy and doable for anyone on any budget. I've only had the book for a week, and I've already made a few recipes. They are absolutely delicious!
