About this listen

Mel Blanc needs no introduction to cartoon and radio fans. He was The Master of the funny voice. For the first time ever, here is the ultimate biography, encompassing Noel Blanc's unpublished biography, with an introduction by Bugs Bunny.

Read by the great Fred Frees, son of voice actor Paul Frees.

clearly a work of love, but short book was overly repetive and seems to have lacked a good editor

Guess I thought audio book about Mel Blanc and 1000 voices might actually include his voice. Instead a poorly assembled, repetitive rambling account of his life was dramatized full of info about discography that only a collector could appreciate. Attempts to sound like WB characters fell short as well, Putty Tat is how it is said btw. Will find original source material to hear the one and only Mel and continue to enjoy the cartoons that made him one of s kind
