Great for memory health

Excellent memory guide!!!

Would you consider the audio edition of Memory Exercises Now to be better than the print version?

i din't read the print version i only listened this book and it was awesome and well explained...

What was one of the most memorable moments of Memory Exercises Now?

I think that this is a very useful reference to anybody. Everybody can enhance their memory by doing the tips and ideas provided by the good author here. Parker was able to share his knowledge effectively about the subject and you can easily relate to it.

useful book

As a college student I found this to be an invaluable resource. I have spent so many hours reading things, hearing things, only to forget them and have to study them all again come test time, and then forget them again after the class is over. Many college students seem shockingly ok with forgetting half of what they spent so much money to learn, I for one spent the money to know and remember what I have been taught. These techniques are worth a bar of gold.

Exercise your memory the righ way

If you could sum up Memory Exercises Now in three words, what would they be?

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

The one thing this book made me do is become more intelligent. As crazy as that sounds, I think these exercises really work as I find myself more active when I'm dealing with tough decision problems as well as thinking more clearly throughout the day.

With so many digital devices like the television, phones, tablets, and screens in general, I think that's the main reason why people are having memory problems and and not having a great working mind overall.This audiobook will make sure you do the right exercises to ensure to become more productive and efficient in work and at your daily leisure.

Informative audio book

I enjoyed the fact that the book gave me multiple methods and systems to retain memory. Surprised that at 30 i have never really developed them. The chapters are short and sweet and the book is short enough to finish quickly so no much of a commitment. What i appreciate more than anything is the absence of unnecessary filler and fluff to make a book longer. Im a colleague student so I'm very familiar with what fluff looks like lol. If your somebody who doesn't have a few memory methods in their arsenal then buy it. I found that i watched numerous shows with multiple contestants and didn't remember their names even out to the 5th episode. Used one of the methods and new them all in less then 2 minutes frontwards and backwards. Legit book. Done rambling.

Excellent book

I really enjoyed this book. I actually looked fwd to getting off work to come to finish it. A lot of the techniques described in this book, I use but tend not to follow through to the end. Ex. I wanted to lose weight, I made a journal, wrote out a week schedule next stuck to it. I stop writing n I stop following. Some days I have to mentally motivate myself for work & on those days I had fun & time went by faster.

It is hard for me to remember a person especially if I only met him/her once. Glad to listen to this incredible memory trick that helped me recall easily. Exercising the brain through this technique is absolutely wonderful. I truly enjoyed it! Thanks

I enjoyed the book about memory exersises

This book is very enlightening, easy to follow, with real step by step guiding ideas. You can work your way around, observing an improvement in your memory. The exercises can be done easy, no need to spend any additional funds for them. Great book on memory, the narration is actually very well done. Highly recommended.
