You have to have some background knowledge first.
This would totally make no sense if you have not read other books on the subject. Excellent review, condensed, right to the point. Know new insight, just excellent, what should I say, study guide? Of Kevin Hoursley's excellent book on this subject?

Best Audio book
This Audio book a little over a year ago and have found the information extremely practical for not just an academic settings, but in my day to day life. Many other memory books I've read really only focus on learning in an academic setting. Even then they part advice that merely help you remember lists - list of presidents,

This Audio book really is simple, fun and easy and the little things they tell you to do really do help with my memory. As I do the simplest things listed in the book, I find that my memory is slowly getting better. I am amazed at how EASY it is.

I keep forgetting to get to it. I have never had a good memory and at 70+ it will not get a whole lot better, but this will help keep what I have. Interesting and Yes, fun. user friendly and easy.
