Excellent

A good mix of analogy and science with tips on how to maintain or attain good brain health. Also debunks neuroscience myths perpetuated by the media. I especially liked the chapter on CTE.

Essential and Interesting

There are some really important things that everyone would be better off knowing in the book. It’s amazing that the most important organ of the body, the one that makes us us, is not given the urgency and emphasis it deserves in American culture. What makes this book special isn’t just the information and useful application suggestions, but that it’s interesting and fun. The author makes you excited to hear because he’s excited to tell it.
