While I don't have ADHD, I live with someone who does, and my youngest son has it. So, I'm very familiar. My husband is feeling better about his ADHD
I have never had ADHD, so I cannot relate to his experiences. I was hoping to help and found this 2 in 1 ADHD guide for men. I listened to the whole thing, and I really enjoyed it. The books are well written and easily absorbed. I can now say I know what he is going through and have some solutions to help him. He is done with the first book, and he is loving it. He really appreciates the guidance and the fact that I am involved. Great books.
