Secrets Revealed

I thought this third book was as entertaining as the earlier books in the series. I have enjoyed the evolving relationship between the two sisters, and that they had to learn to work together to accomplish their goals. I liked getting to know more about their family history which broadened my understanding of them. There were some steamy scenes. I was entertained by Jacqueline Rendell's narration. I was given a copy of the audiobook. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which included my honest opinions regarding this story.

All wrapped in a nice bow!

I love how the story was wrapped in a nice bow at the end. If you read from book 1, u can watch the characters evolve and grow! I would have liked to know more about Donna’s son. Spinoff maybe??

Magical conclusion

Midlife Magic Malady is the final book in the Legacy Witches of Shadow Cove trilogy. It pretty much picks up where MMMonster ends and ties up all the loose ends left over from the first two books. For this reason I do not recommend it as a stand alone novel...but why would anyone not want to read the whole story anyways. It is a really fun story. Jennifer L Hart has a gift for storytelling. Her complex characters are deep and intriguing and with the narration of Jacqueline Rendell the settings come alive on the pages. Add to that a bevy of supernatural creatures and this trilogy is a very entertaining read/listen that I highly recommend. Ms. Hart and Ms. Rendell continue to be a winning combination and I look forward to enjoying more of their collaborations.

Another great addition

Jennifer L. Hart has written another great addition to her Legacy Witches of Shadow Grove series. All the usual characters are present as well as a great mystery to boot.

Jacqueline Rendell, as always gave a stellar performance as she breathed life into the storyline and gave each character their own distinct voice.

I strongly recommend this book/audiobook and series to cozy mystery fans and can’t wait for the next installment to follow.

I couldn’t stop listening

I was drawn into the continuing drama of the characters and wanted to know how things played out. Will Bella get her demon? Will Donna get over the age difference with her reincarnated lover and take a chance on romance?
This and more is answered in this book.

Fantastic end to this series

I adored this story and the journey that Bella had to go on with her sister to learn to sort her life out.
Ever distrustful of the demon who could mean more to her if she let him, Bella can’t see to see what is in front of her face and glaringly obvious to others.
Having to rectify past wrongs and help all of the townsfolk she heads off into another realm with her sister and her demon in tow.
Along the way there was so much emotion, I may have cried at one stage not wanting what was going to happen.
Also long ago secrets were revealed plus so much more to round this story up.
Well worth reading or listening to the audiobook.
Loved all the characters, the outcome and how the series ended plus I always love listening to Jacqueline Rendell’s narration.
