Misadventures with a Master: A Misadventures Novella was a good read by Meredith Wild and Mia Michelle. They call Demitri, Master. Katherine has spent her life in a cage, surrounded by politics and social maneuvering. She is a prisoner to expectation and would give anything to be Demitri's slave. Demitri has changed the person that Katherine is. I enjoyed reading this book and can't wait to read more by the author.

I don't think I have ever laughed so much while listening an audiobook. The narrators were perfect for the characters.

Short & Perfect

This was full of cliche Russian villains, horrible dialogue and a trope-tastically bad plot. The side romance for Dimitri’s sister was better than the main “romance” … mainly because it was barely addressed.
I could not stand the female narrator and only made it through on the skills of Mr. Greenfield.

So, she’s been patronizing a sex club for a year, as a virgin. Riiiight.
So, he’s the club owner, and he’s fallen for her without them talking… for the last year? Riiiight.
And her way of forcing the issue is marching into the club wearing red.
And his way of showing his love is calling her kitten and giving her a first time in a sex club.
Just awful.

The lack of research into the presumed national origin of the hero, his nemesis and their families is offensive.
