Such a fun book with so much wildlife and the suspense of poachers as well. I really enjoyed listening to this book just as much as the first in this series and hope the rest will be just as fun.

I loved this story. It's short and fast paced but it's written in a way that makes the romance belieaveble. I did an Internet search for books to read after Virgin River and this was a suggestion. And yes I see the similarities with the heroine being a nurse practitioner needing a break after a breakup/loss but this one is much more fun and less drama. The narration is very good too but I gave it 4 stars because the narrator made several awkward pauses that editing should have fixed. But it's no big deal.

This audiobook was well worth my time and money so yes I highly recommend it.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Moosed-Up?

When the underwear got stuck on the Moose, I loved that part the most.

No this was the first one, Erin did a beautiful job of bringing the pages to life.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

If I had the time I would have loved to listen to it without interruptions

This is a short really cute story. character development is great and leaves you wanting to learn more about the amazing residents of this small Alaskan town.

Kind of a dead end. But I could even listen to the first book it just dragged

This was short and free. So, there’s that. This wasn’t horrible, but this rom-com is kind of clunky, with insta lust, then insta love, and awkward dialogue like “take me” (and he did). There’s overplayed “I turn all men gay” angst and too many times he growls. For a short book, there’s a fair bit of profanity, from Fx to “rat b@strd sh!t” and one quickie-scene at ch 11, about an hour and a half in. The rest is just a few kisses and fade to black references. In the end, this was cute and a little fun, but not something I’d pay to keep in my library. All books in this series are in an omnibus… and they’re all merely okay listens.

I don't understand all of the positive reviews. With language like "he b*tched like a pmsing woman" and a thoroughly unlikable female lead, I began to wonder if the author is actually a 20-something guy.
