Christmas in the City
Kenna McMillan would do anything for her grandchildren. She would even accompany one of them hundreds of years into the future for a week of Christmas celebrations with the old witch Morna, just to make him smile. But unexpected guests at the inn upend all of their holiday plans. As she learns more about her new acquaintance, she starts to wonder if her week away might take a romantic turn....
When a trip to Conall Castle with his granddaughter results in Malcolm Warren bumping into old friends, their quick trip out of Edinburgh quickly turns into days away from the city. While there, Malcolm meets the first woman in years to stir something long neglected inside his heart. When it comes time to return to the city, his granddaughter wants to remain behind with her new friends. He invites Kenna to come with him, promising her a tour of all of the best Christmas sights in the city.
Time together ignites their passion for one another, but the undeniable truth that they live worlds apart threatens their bond. Kenna also holds a secret - can she trust Malcolm with the truth of Morna's magic? If she does, will their new love for one another be enough to convince him to leave the life he's always known?

Would you listen to Morna's Magic & Mistletoe: A Scottish Time-Travel Romance again? Why?
Yes I would definately listen to it again as I loved this story, it was great that is was about an older couple who found love again.....What does Lily Collingwood bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I really love the way Lily brings the characters to life and that she is so great going from accent to another and making them sound so authentic no matter what one she is using wether it be an American accent or scottish one with such ease. She was able to make both voices very different.Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
During all this series I have laughed and cried no matter what book I have read.Any additional comments?

As a hopeless romantic I enjoy the fact that there is a happily ever after in all of Bethany Claire’s books. What I love even more about this novella is that this is the love story of an older couple. I could relate so much more because they are so much closer in age to myself.
Lily Collingwood did an excellent job. So many times while listening I could just close my eyes and feel the story come alive. That is what I really love about the Audible experience. I don’t need my hands or my eyes to progress through the story. All I need is my ears. It’s wonderful having this whole other sensory experience!
I highly recommend this audible book.

Malcolm Warren is taking a vacation with his granddaughter after his daughter bailed out on him. After his wife has passed awhile for several years, he wasn't expecting anything expect to try to cheer his granddaughter for the Holidays.
When Kenna and Malcolm met, it was an instant attraction. Soon both wanted more but Kenna was not willing to separate Malcolm from his family and there was also the secret of Morna's magic to shared with Malcolm.
I enjoyed this story. For those who missed love the first time, love sometimes, does come the second time. I also love this story because it is more directed to an older audience. I just love this series because it is for all ages.

Where does Morna's Magic & Mistletoe: A Scottish Time-Travel Romance rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This was the first audiobook I've listened too. First of all the narrator was wonderful. She altered her voice when doing the different characters so you really felt like you were part of the story. The story line was really captivating. I'd be so into the story and wanting to know what's going to happen next that I'd forget what I was doing! I love Bethany Claire's books and how she develops the characters and the story.Which character – as performed by Lily Collingwood – was your favorite?
I liked Cooper. He sounds like such a cute mischievous boy!Loved it!
