Impactful affirmations!
There are a number of reasons why I love recommending this audio book. First the narrator has a very grounding and soothing voice (I’ll be listening to this the next time I’m sitting in traffic!). Next the format is awesome as each affirmation is said twice so you can really absorb the words. And lastly and most importantly, the affirmations themselves are very positive, assuring, and affirming. Huge thanks to the author for putting this together!

Very Uplifting Book
From the moment the narrator started speaking, I felt held. The affirmations are so positive and helpful. I love that the affirmations are repeated twice, this is very powerful. Highly recommend.

I am a big believer in affirmations. Bathing yourself in good vibes is a fantastic treat to give yourself every day. And, it works! This practice can really change the way you approach life. And I love the focus and specificity of this one. Great audiobook - excellent narrator too. :)
