About this listen

A completely gripping and twisty psychological thriller from the UK Top 50 bestselling author of The Bride

Your worst nightmare is about to come true...

When Megan discovers that her young daughter is missing, she thinks that her ex-husband is to blame.

But was it someone else entirely?

Someone out for revenge? Someone with a grudge?

As DI Laura Kesey begins her investigation, she discovers that the case is infinitely more wicked than she could ever have imagined.

The clock is ticking.

But will Kesey find Lottie before it’s too late?

It’s every parent’s worst nightmare. The greater the evil, the deadlier the game.

A breathtaking, gripping book that will have you looking over your shoulder long after finishing it. If you were hooked on The Housemaid, The Girl on the Train, and The Couple at No.9 then you'll be addicted to Mr. Nice.

Please note this is a re-release of Mr Nice

This book exceeded my expectations. I believe this is my first book by author John Nicholl. I generally enjoy reading stories set around England, Ireland, and Scotland. It may be my affinity to the Sherlock Holmes and Hercule Poirot genre. Anyway, this book has a great plot, the usual twisted villians and the dedicated, sometimes apathetic investigators. I felt that the Audible book performed by Deryn Edwards was well done, and I recommend it.

Deryn Edwards outstanding performance
