This was a wonderful series of books. Each book continues the original story with more excitement. It’s entertaining, witty, mysterious, and romantic. I have read every book now & may read them again to pick up on all the dialogue I might have missed the first time around.

I’m a huge fan of this series. Ellery Adams has created likable and quirky characters, set in a dreamy book retreat. I love all the literary references, the mysteries, and the various groups that visit the resort. Hosting a cooking show is a terrific choice for this next installment. Murderously delicious.

I have enjoyed all of the books in this series. Ellery Adams has established herself as one of my favorite authors. I have read/listened to three other series by her. this book was enhanced for me by a "guest appearance" of Olivia Limoges and Captain Haviland from the Books by the Bay series. I believe it's time to revisit that series and dip into a new one.

This one came right out of the Grrat American Bake-off shows! Such fun again! Best quote in the book, “woman I’m trying to save you!” You will have to listen to the whole book to understand the quote!!

Each Ellery book is like discovering her characters and setting for the first time. She describes just the right amount without going into lavish detail that takes up pages and pages. I like how she includes some of food served at the resort. Don't read this book if you are hungry, if you do you will want to eat every baked good she describes.

I have Listen to many of these stories. I'm amazed At all the alcohol consumption there was in this story Why have alcohol When you should be having lemonade? Did you count how many times Do you need a drink meaning alcohol Was said in the story?? 1st word spoken do you need a drink ?Always alcohol Always alcohol.I don't remember Everybody drinking alcohol in these books before.Having a drink on the weekend Or some special occasion Would be acceptable. When did it become acceptable For a women with children to have a man in her bed without marrying him....What has happened to morals ??Will not Listen to another one of your stories Unless she makes them cozy again!
