Bill Clinton
President Bill Clinton's My Life is the strikingly candid portrait of a global leader who decided early in life to devote his intellectual and political gifts, and his extraordinary capacity for hard work, to serving the public.
It shows us the progress of a remarkable American who, through his own enormous energies and efforts, made the unlikely journey from Hope, Arkansas, to the White House - a journey fueled by an impassioned interest in the political process that manifested itself at every stage of his life.

A wonderful book

A bit superficial but a good book if you can except it for what it is.

Worthwhile

This book started with Clinton's early years, being raised by a single Mom in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It's all very interesting, though very detailed, so set aside a good bit of time for this one. The ONE reason I didn't give the story it' 5th star was the author's habit of naming by full name EVERYONE he wrote about.

Wonderful
Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
50 hours joyful story on how he deftly navigated 12 years as governor and 8 years as president in the murky waters of US politics at home and managed to broker the Middle East peace.
Finishes his book acknowledging the global interdependence of affairs and calls for cooperative attitude in politics.
Very clever
