This is great for sleep, meditation and just sipping tea or coffee a little quiet time. I love the pleasant sound of the rain and storm from this. I can sleep through a thunderstorm! The sound of rain just erased all sleep distracting noise and I sleep peacefully through the night.

This audiobook is both calming and gentle. I listen to this when I wake up while drinking my cup of coffee and as I reflect life. I love the sounds of the birds as if they were just around me. It's really relaxing for me. Thumbs up for this book!

Rain, wind chimes, birds chirping, storm... all pure nature, in its relaxing variations. Nature sounds are perfect sounds for meditation, yoga, healing and complete mind and body relaxation. It rejuvenates my body, mind, and spirit. This is a pleasure to listen to and fall asleep to.

Very calming. I love to sleep to this or just nap. It helped take my mind off the stress to allow for a restful sleep. This is my go-to book whenever I want to feel good, especially when the house is quiet. It doesn't really change from one sound to another like many others; which would distract me.

I feel that nature sounds and sounds of rain pouring are naturally soothing when your body is stressed. I have also fallen into a restful sleep when just looking to relax with the sounds. This audiobook is very pleasant and I do recommend it.

Sometimes I am able to work from home and when I do, I love playing this so I can focus. The sound of nature makes it much easier to keep my butt in the chair and get my work done! I find myself so productive. It calms the atmosphere and removes all stress. Recommended!
