Loved it !
I love to fall asleep to some kind of sound and I decided to give a try these stories. I like that they are oriented to adults and more specifically to adults that have stressed lives (don't we all?!). The narrator and the ambient music was just perfect, every time I will fall asleep in a super peaceful way and wake up energized (versus when I was listening to random sounds on other platforms that will make me wake up drained). The cool thing is that you can also listen to these when you just want to chill at home, so definitely recommend !

Fall asleep!
This is a great audiobook to listen to before going to bed or while in bed! There are a lot of options for you to choose from. Stories, hypnosis, meditations. You can choose what feels right for that night to help you relax - shut off your brain — and get a good nights rest!

Hours and hours of pure relaxation!
This book is pretty straightforward. It contains lots of different meditations for sleep and relaxation. The narrator is easy to listen to, and the music is soothing. I highly recommend this for anyone suffering from stress or insomnia.

Love Love LOve.
I'm the type of person who Struggles tremendously to fall asleep, this is one of the tools that its helping me with that situation.
taking a shower and listening to the lovely stories is a fantastic way to fall asleep every night. .

The BEST de-stressor I've ever found.
I used to struggle a lot with insomnia.
Sometimes I panic that I'll miss my alarm, other times I replay things over in my head, creating scenarios that don't exist (blowing things WAAAY out of proportion), and so much more. I really dealt with it all.
A lack of sleep really ruins your life, however, I can now say I no longer deal with any of this!
I put my head down and within minutes I've drifted off to sleep and rarely wake up more than once or twice in the middle of the night. I've come on leaps and bounds since this. Thank you so much!

Highly Inspirational and Instructive .
Meditation as a way of reducing symptoms of anxiety and helping to manage stress is beginning to gain popularity in society.
What is less addressed is the use of virtualization techniques to evoke relaxation, release stress unwind, and improve sleep quality. This has been achieved in this audiobook with the introduction of this 10 hours of mental imaging and virtualization meditation and affirmation guidebook to unwind and let go of emotional pains, challenges, distractions, and more. The focus on the use of guided imagery meditation cultivated a sense of self-mindfulness, a deep state of relaxation, and a tranquil mind.
Just like I have done, listeners will also benefit from the arrangement and easy-to-follow orders of the affirmations and meditations. Listeners are progressively taken through the process of gaining the desired relaxed deep sleep.
Highly recommended inspirational and instructive book.

Sleep for YOU!!!
Destiny Johnson has written a terrific book that is sure to help everyone who reads it. The narration by Jaqueline Michelle is excellent.
Sleep and I have always had a complicated relationship. I suffered a major family trauma when i was a young boy and it happened at 2 in the morning. I have never been able to sleep through the night with regularity since. I really believe this book is going to help me.
I have tried a couple of the stories and guided meditations and they definitely work. I feel that my sleep is deeper and that i am more refreshed in the morning. I love the beach and the trips to the beautiful relaxing beaches so far are my favorite.
I really enjoyed this book and see myself continuing to use it. I highly recommend this book.

My new bedtime routine
This audiobook has been invaluable for me and my stressful life. I've had insomnia for years and it was getting worse. Everyday stress was affecting my sleep and therefore my performance during the day. This book has changed that. Since I implemented meditations, affirmations, stress management techniques, and stories into my bedtime routine, my sleep quality has improved tenfold. The stories are very relaxing and interesting too. The story "Japan in Blossom Season" is my favorite as I could relate to the dream of the heroine about seeing Sakura blossoms one day. This day is still in the future for me, but the story makes me relaxed and happy every time. The narration is done perfectly for this type of book. Excellent listen, and I cannot recommend it high enough.
