About this listen

ONE FINAL DREAM

Sacrificing himself to shield Earth from the devastation of the Third Impact, Shinji's mind floats untethered from his body. He lingers in a space where time stands still, trapped in the moment of the impact. As Armaros swallows Heurtebise and defeat seems near, Asuka tries to use the memories of their classroom days together to wake Shinji from his new, shattered reality.

I’ll never love again my world has ended.

I found the story and it’s completion to be very satisfying. If you’ve made it to this book, there’s not much to explain. Tiffany Grant knocks it out of the park again with her reprisal of Asuka and coverage of all of the other well loved characters.

story was a little confusing at times

the store was a little confusing at times but in the end at all ended up making sense the ending feels really well written and Tiffany Grant voicing the novel makes it all the better

A let down of an ending.

Anima as a whole series is probably the wildest Evangelion I’ve experienced and most of it I always assumed it would be leading to a neat ending. But this was a weird let down and at best it’s a nice spring board for your own fanfiction but I cannot recommend it unless you want to listen to the last third of this book being an absolute train wreck of an ending. Which sucks because I really enjoyed the rest of the series but man I just can’t get behind this one.
