This really helps me change my perspective from a victim mentality to perseverance and strength. If you have been a victim of physical or emotional abuse this helps wash away those vulnerability tides. Great for drowning out THOSE neighbours and their havoc

If you work a 12 step program there are a few affirmations that strongly go against the 12 step philosophy. If you have a solid program you will be able to recognize this and just shelve it.
