Powerful! Will change your life.
Highly recommend to anyone who feels down on their luck or unhappy. My friend gave me this book, and it really changed my outlook on life. I like how the author delivers the information, and my favorite part was the section on understanding your emotions. If you struggle with depression, then this book is for you! The narrator also has an excellent voice for the information; I enjoyed listening to it.

Gave me a mindset change
This is a great book if you feel burned out, hopless, or if you are stuck in a negative mentality. This audiobook really helped me get into a good positive mindset, and have a better outlook on life. I highly recommend this book.

Its perfect
I have a friend who is dealing with feeling of being hopeless. At first, I have no idea how to help him. But upon hearing this, made me have a confidence to help him and get his self worth. He always think about ending his life which made it hard for me to help him. But now I can. Thanks to this.

There is always Hope!
Sometimes, you can end up in a pretty dark place through no fault of your own. Life can get repetitive and boring and you can sometimes wonder if it's all worth it. This can often lead to depression and in extreme cases, suicide. This very well-produced and well-narrated audiobook shows you the pathway out. There is hope, there is always something positive that you can do to escape the mundane. 5 stars for a very helpful book.

Got me back on my feet
After a dark period in my life I turned to every resource possible to lift me back up. I tried Youtube videos, podcasts, audiobooks, and even therapy sessions. Most were unsuccessful, but thankfully this audiobook helped train me how to get out of my funk. It’s always difficult to pull my self out of bad life situation moods, but this book really put things into perspective and finally motivated me to stop dwelling on the past and start looking forward to the future of life agead.
Very impactful audiobook that made more of a difference than any other outlet. Definitely recommend it!

A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!
I am going through tough times, and I am sure, like many of my fellow brothers & sisters. I came across this audio and thought I would give it a listen. I liked the narrator's voice, and Tired of Living helped me relax a little. If you need a little motivation, ambition, and that willpower that is in all of us, pick a quiet spot and take a breath!
