About this listen

They say that behind every great man is a great woman - but what if that woman is a werewolf?

North Chicago begins to thrive, and a return trip to New York City, shows Terry and Char something they didn't expect.

Terry Henry Walton envisioned the Force de Guerre as a unit to keep evil away from those who wanted to live in peace. Akio is of the same mind, but he sees the whole world as a place that needs the protection that Terry and his people can provide.

On behalf of The Queen Bitch, Akio recruits the FDG to take the fight overseas to stop an army.

"The saga of TH, Char, and the Force de Guerre continues full steam. The characters are real in their interaction with each other. The story is absolutely great. I love the honor, loyalty, and humor projected through the audiobook." Amazon Five-Star Review

Entertaining

Excellent story of Terry and gang engaging individuals who seek to conquer and in prison others for their own gain. Several battles ensue with Akio joining one. A promise is kept and a family grows. A young one displays incredible talent that will be interesting to see as they grow older.

The Best Series

This series is the best post apocalyptic adventure. I never considered reading a book about this. I thought it would be too depressing. However, I gave it a try because of the exceptional authors.
TH is my favorite character however this series has many great characters! Besides adventure and a great storyline, it also has witty banter which is my favorite part of a book.

Just call FDG for international cleanups

At the time of this review, Audible incorrectly lists Nomad Avenged before Nomad's Fury. Fury is #6, Avenged #7! *Spoilers*. Fury starts by recapping Cordelia's birth. It quickly becomes obvious how special she is. Joseph decides to sleep. Kiwi & the people of No Chicago watch out for their adopted wolf pack. The larger sailboat gets a captain and starts fishing, plus brings more salvage & contacts. Will Jonas show up in future books? Inquiring minds...
The FDG goes international! Akio takes the FDG to check on progress in NY; and to new action in China. More Tigers & Bears & Forsaken, Oh my!
Kate, please, it's pronounced eye-core not ick-core. I hope you can finally pronounce Force de Guerre (gair not gwhere) before the series ends. The rest is good.
As always, recommend all of Craig's Nomad books, my fave Kurtherian subseries. Yes, I will be checking out his other books in future.
