About this listen
A military experiment propelled Cynthia 50 years into the future, from 1968 to 2018. There was a place between Then and Now that she began to consider the Seed of Creation. There for a moment, this nexus of realities pushed against her sanity and left an indelible impression on her soul.
Six months later, the mechanism that brought her to the future pulled her back to her time. Again, she visited the in-between place, where the secrets of existence were open to those who dared to look.
After spending years in a mental facility, she is released to live a life of adventure as she encounters an ancient evil in Egypt, Nazis in New York, a still-living Jack Parsons in the in-between, and finally, the son of her heart.

Story
Have you ever wondered where monsters came from? Their origin has been kept a secret for centuries. As long as Halsey and Brigham, her cousin turned mission partner, were on the hunt, you didn't need to wonder, or worry. Till now. Keeping people in the dark is not so easy when supernatural things stop following the rules and the Clan Council doesn't want to accept that something is very, very wrong. It's a full moon, the Summer Solstice, and an ancient coffin has washed up on the beaches of Moher, Ireland. Could the Mother of Monsters really have returned? It's just not possible.

Two little girls stand with their heads bowed in my living room. I’m told they’re my granddaughters. Daisy is nine, and Alice seven. Daisy is the spitting image of her mother. This is the first time I’ve met them since my daughter and I fell out after she married that waste of space, Vince. They’ve come to live with me because their mother — my daughter — was murdered. In her own home while they slept close by. I think Vince killed her. But the police can’t prove it. I’ve always known he was no good. He treated my daughter like dirt. I said he’d cheat on her — but she wouldn’t listen.

Great story! Fills in the story for books 1 and 2.
It was great to hear the back story of books 1 & 2. Finally find out why stuff happened the way it did from Cynthia and Jennifer's POV. Nice story about Pete in the end. Very enjoyable book.
Narrator wasn't bad either.
Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
