Publisher's summary

In book three, the situation at the Cohutta worsens. The Camp Eastwood and Benton survivors are forced to take decisive action or risking losing all they have achieved.

Separated from Colleen and the rest of his group, for Jonah Murphy, things are very much on the edge.

With strong, original characters that feel real, this is a fast-paced story that fans of post-apocalyptic survival fiction will appreciate.

To short for 3 books

I really enjoyed the 3 books. The story and the delivery were fantastic. However, they were incredibly short. All 3 books added together would have made 1 decent book. I would imagine dividing them up into 3 books was more about profit then story. I will be more careful in the future to check the book length. One book, whether it’s 4 hours or 10 hours, cost the same. I want my money’s worth.

Finally Home

Good ending to great series. West TN is the home for a group of survivors having to fight to keep their home from a group of thugs that want to take everything.
Bloody battle with winner takes all. Good guys win but will they keep it? For the time being it looks like they have - but will they keep it?

Are you ready?

This is a quick addition to the No Direction Home series. If you think it is just a setup book you would be very wrong. There is tons of action and gunfights. If you have followed this series, which I assume you have if you are reading book 3 All of the characters you have grown to love… and hate are featured in this book. The author again has very descriptive scenes which adds to the depth of our characters and habitat. This is a wild ride in such a short time. I am really looking forward to the next edition to this series. The narration is continued by Kevin Pierce and it is as good as ever. His voice is fit for this series. He does a great Irish accent as well as some of the female character’s voices. You will have no trouble distinguishing who is speaking. It is consistent with the entire series and adds tension to the fight scenes as well as some disappointment in others. Where Pierce really shines is during the narration of this story where no character is speaking and it is just the description of the scene or landscape. Overall, a really good listening experience. If you made it this far in the series then you will definitely want to continue onward, just like I do.

Still my favorite post apocalyptic series

Mike Sheridan takes several avenues that I haven't found yet in a post apocalyptic story. Like, what happens to foreign tourists if they are here in the US when the SHTF? Oh and I thought preppers was only an American thing, but maybe not?? Oh and if a plague, pox or flu hits the US, there might be people that are so separated from the normal give and take of the world....they don't get infected and surely don't want to get infected. Oh and what happens if kids live and the parents don't? Mike Sheridan touched on things that I haven't thought of.

I just finished the third book in the series no direction home. All three books kept my attention. Very well written. I was engaged with the characters and thoroughly enjoying the adventure .

this was the perfect ending to this three book series. I hope Sheridan adds a fourth novella.

Good over all. Perfect last sentence.

A last sentence can make or break a book. " I can feel it in me Bones" was the perfect amount of cheese for what has become a fan favorite character. :) Not my favorite in the series but it had some great twisty turns.
