Really old, misleading

I find this extremely old! It’s like a joke! Targeted therapy is dominating the field of Oncology, but this book is at least 15 years behind, when it mentioned erlotinib is a new treatment for Egfr mutated cancers! We are beyond that! We have mutation specific agents at least since 2013!
