About this listen
Aliens invaders hold human worlds. That cannot stand.
Admiral Jack Romanoff and his crew have defeated the Locusts once and for all, but they are far from the only invaders infesting the Confederation. The time to go after the xenophobic Novarites and free those worlds has come, and nothing will stand in his way.
If words aren’t enough, show them your teeth and bite deep.
There are times in war when quarter is neither asked for nor given. The only thing that can slake the combatants’ thirst is their enemy’s lifeblood. Then it’s war to the knife that doesn’t end until one side is dead.
That time has now come, and humanity’s enemies must bleed.

Story
When Van Tudor returns to his childhood home, he inherits more than the family farm. His grandfather used to tell him fantastic stories of spacemen and monsters, princesses and galactic knights. Little did Van realize, the old man's tales were more than fiction; they were real. Hidden beneath the old barn, Van’s legacy is waiting: a starship, not of this world. With his combat AI, an android bird named Perry, Van takes his first steps into the wider galaxy. He soon finds that space is far busier and more dangerous than he could have ever conceived.

10th Book and Still Strong
This series continues to be captivating. No sluggish middle series filler books. Series goes on strong through each installment and it's clear there's an overall plan.
Many series that run past the Trilogy mark show signs of getting lost while the author fills and releases while waiting for the rest of the story to come together in their head.
The Hunter series seems almost to be working from a strong preplanned outline which really is rare in my experience in reading a 10 book plus series.
Only thing that bothers me has nothing to do with the series. The narrator is a little low rent without the range to personalize such a large cast of characters. I get the feel that he records a full book nearly every day. I run into his narration all the time usually attached to bulk releasing by multiple authors who haven't been deemed important enough to rate a more nuanced narrator. Too bad in this case. Seems they didn't expect the quality level this series is proving. Maybe if the production company could have known beforehand they could have gotten quality narration. Oh well, overall:

Great continuation to a fun series
4.5 of 5 stars.
Operation Liberty delivers large scale combat sequences as the saga unfolds. Jack Romanoff and allies find creative ways to defeat humanity's enemies within the Cluster, though the Novarites still remain with several planets still under occupation. Another fun read.
The narration is excellent as it has been throughout the series.

Another great addition
What a great series. They characters keep getting deeper, the plot thickens and the enemies abound from all angles. Finally it looks like one of the enemies has been defeated and the protagonists can start focusing on reuniting the human race. Good luck and I can’t wait to see how the authors get this done.

Humans kick aliens butts
as far advanced in the future as humanity progressed, a lot of the computer-related plot appears to talk as if computer technology hasn't advanced in hundreds of years. one would think that quantum computer technology, the ability for sensors to be able to see fine detail on planets from orbit, would be a norm. nevertheless, this series is an excellent attention grabber that has plenty of action interspersed throughout.
