Motivational & Inspirational Stories

I found myself glued to these stories, especially one about a man who becomes a lifeguard at 50 and finds a whole new outlook on the employment spectrum. It gave me the feeling of "if he can do it, I can do it!" Now I have to admit, I narrated two chapters of the book but I still learned about tools I can use in my freelance career. I also gained perspective on working toward and during retirement. I am keeping this book for reference and passing it on to friends who might need a little perspective or just a good "kick in the pants." The author draws from a diverse assortment of people from different countries who have lost their jobs only to gain new confidence and resources. This book is a recommended listen for anyone who has lost their job or is on the job and looking to kickstart their career or even find a new one. Great stories. Great narrators. Great advice. Now, get to work!
