Love it
This book offers information on how to manage your overthinking and anxiety without taking medicine. All of the natural hacks the author shares in his book are incredibly beneficial and helpful, practically anyone may use them to improve themselves. I wish I had known this years before. Very helpful parts on meditation are also included. A fantastic resource for learning how to manage your anxiety is this book. I heartily endorse it.

Powerful
This is a book for anyone suffering from Anxiety or overthinking. It has information to help you identify what is happening in your thoughts so you can combat them. You will get strategies that seem like they will work. Having anxiety is so debilitating at times, and having strategies to overcome that and, as the title says, live a happier life would be incredible! Highly recommend!

A great resource
I really enjoyed the different strategies to calm down, think clearer, and feel happier. It helped me realize how self-destructive thoughts were causing my anxiety and how positive self-talk can make a difference. The Gratitude Practice also made me see the positives in everyday life. I'm listening to the audiobook again to fully absorb its teachings.

Excellent Book!!!
This book is truly amazing! It really opened my eyes and helped me tackle dealing with my anxiety and overthinking (without relying on prescriptions or expensive treatment).
