Narration was tough to get through

Great tips, narrator sounded like the early male versions of Siri tho. Needed to sound softer and more comforting IMO

Buy the book

The audiobook is mundane. A lot is obvious but a great reference. I would recommend the book over the audio version

Great value.

You'd pay big bucks to get this exact same information from a therapist. Although the delivery would probably be smoother. Narration was dry and monotone.

The book is not a silver bullet but it offers some great items for your tool box.

thumbs up to the book thumbs down to the narrator

the information was valuable. if you can I recommend the Kindle or paperback version because the cadence of the narrator was very difficult. there was hard emphasis in the wrong places and since I already have anxiety issues it was very difficult to get through lol.

Helpful for Overthinkers Everywhere

I grabbed this book on Audible and found it to be a helpful resource to identify the reasons why we overthink, how stress plays into overthinking, what techniques are helpful to combat overthinking, and how to rewire your thought patterns. While I don't feel there are any new discoveries within the pages of Stop Overthinking, the reinforcement of what overthinkers need to do in order to change their thought patterns will be highly useful and is a reminder of how intricate the brain is. I look forward to putting some of these ideas into action.
