Learn how to cash in on the mobile home park niche.
Park Place is a story of two investors that took different paths in pursuit of financial freedom. This book will allow you to take a glimpse into the future and discover what a decade of choices can do for your life and your investments. Learn how to manage properties remotely in the comfort of your own home. Find out how to outsource and automate any real estate investment.
Uncover the secrets big players use to get to the top. See how the pros put together big deals. How they use leverage, build teams, and grow companies.
Uncover the "why", "how to", and "dos" when it comes to acquiring your first or 10th mobile home park. Learn how I started out in bubble gum machines and grew to nearly the 100th largest mobile home park owner in the US.
This book is a must-listen for any real estate investor to better equip yourself for creating massive wealth in your portfolio.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes, definitely. This book conveys a TON of useful information. Yes sometimes the "story" is a little cheesy in the way it conveys the lessons, but the information is GOLD. I'm going from nothing to launching an investor business just with the information in this audiobook. What other book might you compare Park Place to and why?
Cash Flow Quadrant from Robert Kiyosaki comes to mind. What does Sean Pratt bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
He was alright. Nothing to note really but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. I love listening to audiobooks as I have a decent commute and it's how I prefer to consume books these days.Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
At first I was quite dismissive of the story style way the information was laid out. I also resisted the way the author was tying in quotes and lessons into every little thing. But bit by bit I started thinking of the lessons in my life more and more as circumstances came up. And the actionable information is really, REALLY helpful.Any additional comments?
The information on building up a team and a system is the perfect way to build an investor business while keeping it simple enough to scale. I was really impressed with how much thought went into building that system up.I've gotten so much out of this book!

Rich Dad Poor Dad, this book allows people to realize what type of mindset they need to develop in order to create wealth through investments.
