Very Practical Very Clear
Don't let the "Sample Audio" of this book in Audible lead you into thinking that this is a monotonous or boring book. It's quite the contrary. Full of detailed instructions on the passage meditation, this book can be the best thing have received in life.

More than you can imagine .
loved every moment. I will be looking for more books by Easwaran. The readers tone and breaths and resolve added to deepen the experience. As though he was as captivated by the writing as i was.

Highly recommend.
This is a wonderful book. I have recommended this book as well as "God Makes the Rivers Flow" & "The Mantram Handbook" to all my family & friends. The narration is also great!
