A wonderful guide

This book has more than 100 plant-based tasty recipes that are easy to follow! The author covers the ins and outs of becoming a whole food plant-based. A wonderful guide for beginners and experienced alike. I’ve made 7 recipes since I got it and it was easy to prepare and follow. I keep making things out of it!

Best Plant-based 2 in 1 Bundle Set

This guide was a good match for my learning objective. I got this book as I want to achieve my weight loss goal and regain my well-being with a plant-based diet.

Katie does a wonderful job explaining the benefits of a plant-based diet as well as the clear and simple instructions on how to cook each recipe. The recipes are budget-friendly, easy to follow, and very easy to prepare.

By following a whole food plant-based diet is a sure way to achieve a healthy lifestyle that leaves you feeling energized, nourished, and satiated after every meal when done correctly.

The tips were very useful to improve my daily eating routine. I hope I can apply them to my everyday life as I have been so far. If you would like a simple guide and a cookbook to make it easy to follow, then get this book. I do recommend it to anyone especially for all those who want to lose weight safely.

In general, great recipes and well worth the purchase.

Lots of recipes to choose from

This book has a lot of information for new Vegans. The recipes are delicious and look amazing. Each recipe says the serving size which I love. I also appreciate that the ingredients are common and most can be found at local stores. A great way to start your plant-based cooking journey!

I found this cookbook very informative, extremely helpful, and easy to understand. Katie has certainly made me more mindful of my food choices. Learning what different food combinations were good and bad for the digestive system was really helpful. Really pleased to recommend it.

Plenty of great and healthy ideas, highly recommend as it is one of my favorite ones; happy and healthy cooking. I can now look through and have lots of different delicious meals. A great cookbook for every day. If you want easy, delicious, and inexpensive recipes to make, this is the cookbook for you!

Excellent! The recipes are easy and simple. A great start for a plant-based healthy lifestyle. My brother maintains this lifestyle already and I’m excited to share this content with him and my other loved ones. Glad to have it.
