I needed this one!

This is more than just a cookbook for your instant pot. Highly recommend this for anyone needing a start to lose weight or for starting a healthy whole food regimen. Great for middle-aged people like me. Well-narrated!

Best one for diet!

I have switched to a mostly plant-based diet over the past 18 months and was looking for additional options to try. This is a good audiobook if you want a plant-based foundation. I have used this book on a weekly basis for options I haven't found in other sources.

For healthy life.

It's an excellent idea for a gift if someone you know is looking to change their eating habits. We gifted my boyfriend's mom a copy of this cookbook after she had a bunch of health issues. She's been using it for months now and said all the recipes she's tried are good.

Good start for fairly simple menus.

After listening, it was my least favorite. However, after trying a recipe, I was surprised at how delicious it was. Better than the recipes of the other, more colorful recipe books I ordered. So, I continued to try more recipes out of this book. So far, every recipe that I’ve tried has turned out wonderful. This is my new favorite guidebook. I was very pleasantly surprised with the numerous high-quality recipes. I definitely recommend this book.

Very useful!

I love that that this book kindly included a section to improve sexual life as this is very important to tackle in middle age group. This book is pact with very useful information for those who does not know where how to start on plant-based eating lifestyle.

Interesting and Informative!

As someone who isn’t into books on nutrition and how one can have a healthier way of living I found myself finding this book extremely informative. I enjoyed every chapter of this book. I recommend this to my friends and family.

This is a wonderful resource, evidenced-based and easily listened to. I follow the author for years, and this is an excellent one-stop source to educate and inform. Bonnie Rogers has a soothing voice to listen to again and again.

Awesome audiobook!

I am not vegan, but I do enjoy their recipes every once in a while, as most of them are healthy, I really enjoyed this book as it was well-narrated, and gives all information needed including calories. I will be trying some recipes.

A Fantastic Resource for Newbies and Veterans Alik

I recently began doing some research on the benefits of a plant-based diet, and I decided to check out this cookbook for beginners. I was not disappointed!
