Simple psychological physiologic pathway.

Great for hard complicated times. Children will find comfort and joy in Mother Nature. Respect

54 years old and loving this

I care for 3 children between 15 months and almost 4 years old. From my own teacher trainings and child development studies, I prefer to wait with recorded music if I can provide it other ways, and I found the material to be mostly appropriate for 2nd grade and above, far above.
I listen to this daily as I prepare the space to welcome the children. I have listened and learned from Thich Nat Hahn and many others from a variety of spiritual and philosophic traditions as an interest from childhood.
This seems to me to contain all of what is truly important and delivers it in the most beautiful way. I was having a difficult time especially in my meditations due to a recent series events I experienced as traumatic.- felt like a broken brain. This short production has had a true healing effect, which was not expected when I took it up as a daily listen just a week or so ago. I woke up a couple days ago with one of the gratitude songs happily "stuck" in my head and my mindfulness practices are filled with much more ease.

Note to Audible and customers: this title is sold with the same cover and slightly differing titles and 1 minute difference. I bought both assuming one was a teaching and one with songs: they are the same "book." No need for both.

May all know peace and may we bring needless suffering to an end. May we learn Love.
