Good for everyday
Was looking for an accessible everyday affirmations book in a woman’s voice. There aren’t many that are not male and are without an accent. While accents are great, they’re not for me with use with affirmations. I wanted to hear a voice that sounds like me, a woman without an accent. While this narrator has a slight accent, it was the closest in audible books that I could find that wasn’t annoying. Also, slow enough to repeat and absorb. I listen to this daily on my dog walks with head phones on. I will listen to this again and again. Affirming never gets old. We need more audible books like this.

I got this ARC via audiobook boom and this is my voluntary review. This is another set of affirmations that I can use during my daily life. I am able to switch between the others that I have and still receive a calmness that helps me get through my day and evening as well as sleep.
