Very practical!

Brought inner peace!

A breath of fresh air of positivity, love this style and narration. Great for using for a long time to get these thoughts into your mind just like your favorite songs are forever in your neural pathways. Effective!

I am not sure how effective the audio book is for making you a more positive person. although I can tell a difference on the nights I listen and the nights I don't. If you are struggling with being negative and a miserable person, I would recommend this book.
