Useful information

I have listen a number of books on this topic but loved this book. There is so much useful information in this book! I especially liked the part about letting go of negative triggers. Recommended!

Great techniques to think positive

This book has a lot of great techniques and advice. i enjoyed it and will put some of the tips to use in my own life. The only issues I had is that it is imperative that you check to make sure you are not using the same word too many times especially in the same chapter.

Must listen!

A must listen! Often, we hold up grudge against people or past events and it acts like poison with us. The longer we hold on to bitterness, the worse we feel inside. I loved the exercises included in this book.

Extremely well-researched

This book is extremely well-researched and organized. The book substantiates every claim with evidence. It begins by justifying its premise with science and then moves to a useful, how-to book to apply the tool to your life everyday. While starting out very science-oriented, the book's middle and end are more inline with what you expect from a self help book. I strongly recommend this book to everyone.

Very impressive ideas

I was impressed with this book. I enjoyed how the author wrote this book. He made it easy to listen. I appreciated how he wrote the examples of how to achieve the results you needed to get rid of negative thinking. There are numerous tips which I will be trying soon. He made the process seem approachable and left me feeling I could succeed! I am glad that I was able to listen this book.

Short and sweet, very self aware now and I loved it! Highly recommend! I recommend it in audible version so you can listen on your way to work etc.
