One step at a time towards a healthier lifestyle!
It reminded me of a time when I struggled to establish a regular exercise routine. Helped Me Clear Brain Fog & Improve Concentration!
This is just the book I needed to clear that long time brain fog that had been lingering. This book offers many strategies and exercises to clear up brain fog and improve concentration so you can live your best life. I especially enjoyed the 30 days of gratitude exercise. Working on self improvement
Was looking for books to jump start the new year and my mind set to work on me this year. Really enjoyed this listen, just had a lot of useful information that I can use for my everyday health.
Also I liked that it also had the free PDF I could download if I wanted to. I do wish the chapters would have been labeled just for ease or referring back to specific ones.

Living a Balance and Happy life
All the resource that you will ever need is in this handbook.
