This is a story of moving on from the past and embracing the future. Mason Lloyd is a very gifted narrator and unlike others I don’t have any problems with telling who’s talking when the characters change. His female characters voices are very good too.

Melanie and Green. An unlikely couple you might say if you've read the other books in the series where you meet them. Yet, they have a connection, one that they don't know about or understand. Everyone thinks Melanie is mourning the loss of Lance. While they only had one night, he died protecting her.

She has a secret that keeps Green from following through with the burning attraction for her. His past of blame for the loss of his wife in childbirth has kept him from being with any woman. However, telling you her secret would be a real spoiler. You need to read to find out. Let's just say that the attraction, need to protect, secrets, and threats from the evilest of villains seem to make it seem impossible for them to have an HEA. Will they live to find out?

The world of Psi-Ops, the characters, the narration, the interaction between them all make this wonder few hours of entertainment. While this can stand alone, be prepared to want to read more, much more.

It is full of action, steamy scenes and a little bit of miscommunication. Melanie and Green are unlike the other couples. We saw the start of their story from the beginning of the series and now see it from their point of view. I love Green because even though he is a Genius, he is like any other male and is oblivious when it comes to women. Melanie plays the dumb blonde but is in fact an extremely intelligent woman and knows more about her powers than her friends and family know. Her life has changed forever and it is up to her and Green to make sure that she survives the battle for her life.

Probably one of my favorite I-Ops books. Action, humor, heat, mystery, this book has a little of everything in it. Everyone thinks that Melanie is suffering from the loss of Lance, but she knows differently. Being near Dr. Thaddeus Green helps with her symptoms. Is he her mate or is just because he shares the bloodline of the man who died? There are some BIG twist in this book that leave you saying oh holy s$!t! Of course there is an HEA but what a journey! Edge of seat type book. I was hooked and did not want to stop listening. Mason Lloyd does an awesome job with the narration!

Melanie Daly slept with a member of the Immortal Ops team and finds herself pregnant. Her attraction to another member of the team may cause problem. When Melanie is put in danger. Thaddeus will get glimpse of the past that may just keep him away from the woman meant to be his mate. They’ll have to use their Radar Deception to safe themselves and the family their meant to have.

Mandy M. Roth continues her first series in the Immortal Ops World with Radar Deception. She brings together the team doctor and scientist with his past and the woman who brings back his ghosts. A one-night stand gets a friend of the team leader pregnant. It’ll take these two people working together and separately to fight the enemy and become a family and mates. Lives will forever be changed, and passion just may be out of control. With some humor and a group of alpha males and feisty females that will be coming together to protect each other and the ones they love. Radar Deception will take you on a funny sexy journey into the world of danger and finding true love. You’ll come back again and again to get addicted to these wonderful characters that keep you on the edge of your seat.

This is book 3 in the series and is a stand alone book with an awesome HEA. Green and Melanie are so good together love their story. The narrator does a wonderful job of making the characters come to life. Recommend to everyone. Happy listening
