Great audiobook!
What a fantastic book for changing your unhealthy lifestyle! I don't have enough time for my health because I have a part-time job and am a student. However, after listening to these hypnosis sessions, I was truly inspired to use the simple techniques and meditation offered to better my life. The author performed a fantastic job! Additionally, I would want to thank the narrator, whose voice helped me stay engaged. For anybody seeking inspiration to reduce weight, this five-star book is a must-read.

This book covers all the reasons and topics as to why women struggle with their weight. I felt understood and hopeful to understand and how to shift my mindset about my body and my weight.
