the biggest detractor is the music is a little too loud and really not necessary at all. it also makes the whole thing somewhat corny at first, but if you cam get past that, it's a really good listen.

chapter 1 is clearly instructions on how to use and chapter 2 is the daily meditation. there's spa music and the narrator repeats everything almost like an echo.
