A new approach to getting lean

Alisha Kapani has bundled two powerful titles together that focus on training the subconscious mind to lose those extra pounds by going straight to the root of the behavior and changing unwanted eating patterns there. In my opinion, this is so much more powerful than just simply using willpower to start a new diet or getting yourself to the gym (these are great too, but we must nit forget the inner work). She also puts a powerful emphasis on resolving the subconscious emotional issues that lead to binge eating, which when ameliorated, can bring about lasting change in not only one’s figure, but one’s mindset. I believe that long lasting change happens when one uproots the subconscious behaviors that are causing their unwanted results (in this case, weight) and starts living from a new paradigm, and this is all done from the inside–not trying to do it on the outside with diets, etc. And Kapani does a fantastic job of bringing this about via hypnosis–a radical revolutionary way of doing things.

Soothing and relevant meditation
