Relevant insight into the Real Estate industry!
Gregory Charlop has interviewed industry professionals into what makes Real Estate a successful industry nationwide. Interviewing the brightest minds in real estate today and gaining insight into trends and market share is always a win for those selling or buying a house and for RE professionals to stay revelant to their profession.
Gregory also talks about new technology startups which is so vital to this industry which is about 20 years behind other professions nationally. Talking about new real estate technology that is posed to change outcomes and better the industry as a whole and change lives for the better is a worthy mention. these tech companies he highlights in his book are ones you should invest in.

Insightful and Thorough
This book was perfect for me. I have dabbled at the idea of becoming an agent many times for the last decade- at one point even signing up for the exam after taking all the required courses. I was curious what the real estate world looks like right now and into the future. I wondered: Is this something I should pursue now that I am at my own personal crossroads again? I have learned so much and feel like my brain has been injected with current and relevant knowledge. I know what I need to do to be successful if I choose to jump in at this stage of my life. I was worried that I would be learning about only one person’s (the author) perspective but this book provides a thorough prediction (based on experience and data) of many experts in the field. I am so grateful to have found this book. I think it would be extremely valuable to experienced professionals already working in the field. I plan to share it with my real estate contacts- I am so curious to find out what they think!

a wealth of knowledge for anyone in Real Estate
This book is a wealth of knowledge for those new and veterans in the real estate industry. The way it's read in this audio-book is easy to follow, understand and digest. What I love about this book is it talks with industry experts from various domains for insider knowledge with actionable tips/insights. Highly recommend this for anyone on the go and don't have time to read the actual book, but a great listen for most agents who are always on the road.
