I really enjoy the story. I like the idea of people bettering themselves into different jobs in professions in an alien world. And the only thing I’m not a fan of is the main character is similar to the authors, other main characters in their other series. I’m also not a fan of the cadence of the reader. It’s a little choppy. Overall, I would definitely read again.

Some of the book one back stories develop slowly at the beginning for his series yet, each time after a few chapters., CR Daems persuades me that he's the best Sci-fi character developing author I've read since I devoured all of Robert A. Heinlein's books many years ago.

To me, CR Daems is a master story teller ...

awsome book. about a girl with a sickness that is going to kill her. ut than gets saved a race of alience who needs her and other like her. people who are dyeing but can be saved in exchange for there help with a life or death situation they are facing. amazing, fast paced action packing will leave you wanting your next fix. it's so good

where is the second book I went back and listened to this again and still loved it...

C. R. Deams again writes a great tale. This an honest to goodness space opera. narration agin spot on easy to follow the multiple personalities used in the story.
So a full five stars. I just listened to it again after a year and a half respite..

The story is simplistic. The science is ... well example a cruiser does a vertical loop in .... space.. and things fall and hurt people. only in the vertical loop no other maneuvers like they are in 2d gravity well battle.

Was really enjoying this story.. Then the audio book kicked off.. Had to buy and read to the end.. Amazon Audio is the biggest rip off and waste of money.. The book is better
