Raven and Miguel are still on a tough recovery case involving a rare pigeon’s blood ruby worth millions of dollars. There’s a very real threat hanging over their heads, and they’re stuck with a client they don’t exactly trust, her attorney whom they suspect is involved in the whole mess, and a man claiming to be a “friend” of the widow who looks more like an extra from a mobster movie.
They’ve had more action in the first few days than they ever wanted to. Opening a new recovery business shouldn’t be this dangerous, but then again, unexpected rogue CIA operatives trying to murder them wasn’t in the cards either. Unfortunately, only three have been caught, leaving at least one more out there, desperate to get his hands on a stolen shipment of gems.
When a moldering body turns up with Raven and Miguel’s names in his pocket, things really start heating up and the bullets start to fly. Making things even more complicated—every single government alphabet agency is getting in each other’s way, and trust is in short supply. Right when it seems there’s no way out, old friends inadvertently give them a clue how to get out of all this mess with their hides intact.
From the mean streets of Los Angeles to the tropical paradise of Grand Cayman, join Raven and Miguel in the exciting conclusion of the Trackers series.

hile the FBI good guys and Trackers resident hacker Judy tied in the south of the border drug cartel. Mike and Cassidy from LAPD and Lincoln Snow and his FBI team work hard to keep our boys safe when things go off the rails.
This is book 3 and the last in the Trackers trio, wrapping up the story line from book 2. But don’t worry, we’ll be seeing more of everyone with new things coming. I look forward to it. Another Spin off in the Death and Destruction World is perfect.
Patrician Logan continues to use Michael Dean for the Death and Destruction World narrations. These books all have a tremendous number of characters that carry over not only in books but in series. Michael is amazing at not only getting the voices right with 10 people in the room but he gets them right book after book. You can count on those characters always sounding the same. No easy task after all these years. Bravo Michael

The plot picks up as Raven and Miguel continue their adventure to recover the Rubi, facing countless obstacles along the way.
The book is packed with action—almost to the point of being overwhelming. At times, there’s so much happening that it can be hard to keep track of all the information.
One of my favorite elements was the inclusion of Nightcrawler’s reviews. They add a fun, meta layer to the story while also subtly critiquing the MM genre itself. It was a clever touch that brought humor and a fresh perspective.
As always, Michael Dean’s narration is phenomenal. His performance brings the characters to life and perfectly captures the tone of the book.
That said, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of spice in this installment. Compared to Patricia Logan’s previous books, Trackers feels toned down in terms of heat. Raven and Miguel only share two or three intimate scenes, and even those were relatively mild. I found myself wishing for more romance and passion to balance out the intense action.
I also missed the presence of familiar side characters. Thayne and Jarrett were barely mentioned, and only Sarah and Jarrett made brief appearances. These characters have always added depth and fun to the series, so their absence felt like a missed opportunity.
Overall, I really enjoyed Trackers. I finished it in less than two days and was completely immersed. Patricia Logan’s writing, combined with Michael Dean’s stellar narration, makes for an unforgettable experience. While I would have loved more spice and cameos from past characters, it’s still a solid and entertaining addition to the series.
Action packed but much less heat

Michael Dean's narration is fantastic, it gives a new feel to the author's style, A very positive point is that the narrator does different voices. There is a scene with four characters and you can perfectly tell who is who just by listening to the narrator's inflections and tone.
I highly recommend it.
A great end of the series

Resolution is NOT a standalone. It is book 3 in an established couple and continuing investigation. Michael Dean did an excellent job as usual.
