Publisher's summary

The conclusion to the Boneyard Kings trilogy....

Bad things happened in threes, but they turned out to be a blessing in disguise. There was no escape from the Boneyard Kings, but now we’re on the same side.

Our enemies came, but we didn’t let them break us.

They thought they could take us down, but they underestimated our strength.

Now, three rivals stand against three kings and their queen, and they’re about to see just how ruthless our kingdom can be.

The game of chess is in play, and only one side can claim victory.

Who will be the one to call checkmate?

Ruthless Kingdom is a reverse-harem romance with mature themes. This is book three in the Boneyard Kings series, and cannot be enjoyed as a stand-alone.

Great series!!!

I loved this series!! Lots of suspense and spice! Narrators were awesome. The only complaint I have is I wish the epilogue would have done a 5 years later or something. I would have like to see what they become after college

I really enjoyed this book. Never been into reverse harem or any harem at all. But this was pretty good.

4Everly ❤️

Wow, this series is now in my top favorites. The narration is spot on, I'm a pretty big stickler when it comes to my audiobooks and these narrators did amazing. These spice factor in these books is "chefs kiss". I truly enjoyed this series, definitely recommend.

Favorite of the trilogy! Perfect ending ❤️

This ending was perfect!! It didnt feel rushed, the authors did a great job with the lead up, the answers that were revealed and how they were revealed was done well. We finally got the answers about Eric and David, we got justice for them and all the victims of this heinous crime. We got to find out all the players in the game and they all got their karmic justice (I whooped when a couple of them were taken care of). I liked all the twists the authors weaved into this. I thought I knew what was going to happen but they surprised me so it made the story that much better.

The way the community came together in this series when the Kings needed them, the side characters were brilliant and I loved seeing their interaction and getting to know them more. I loved the story behind the garage and the Kings helping their community and how they didnt even hesitate to repay the favor/their loyalty was unmatched. I even thought the baddies were done so well. They were disgusting and the authors did a great job making the readers hate them and root of they demise haha. I was really happy how it all went down, it kept me on the edge of my seat and make me want to stop what I was doing just to continue to listen and know what happened. I won’t give specifics here, don’t want to spoil anything but know you’ll love the ending.

I thought the added subplot with Lorenzo was interesting. I wonder if there will be more in this world, I am gonna have to search the internet to see if I can find out more about it, if there is any. I loved the dedication and space for the victims at the end, the way they honored them in their community was beautiful. I didnt think I would get teary-eyed with this series but that made me get close. I was so happy with the romance, steam, growth, love between the 4 main characters, I didnt want the story to end ❤️

Narration was fantastic, nothing much more I can say! The rollercoaster of emotions was jarring but the narrators handled it all well. The big confrontations were like I said, keeping me on the edge of my seat and some of that was how the actors performed their parts. I felt like I was there with the characters, my heart felt all their emotions. So well done, I wish all audiobooks could have this full cast experience!

5/5 easily from me!!

The Kings and their Queen

This was an enjoyable series. Book one I think was the strongest storyline wise and built a great foundation for the series to go. I love good angst so I would’ve been happy with a bit more of a drag out before they inevitably ended up together but that’s just me. The remaining storyline in 2 and 3 I think could’ve been in 1 book but that didn’t hinder anything. You still got the build up, the conflict and the resolution. I really enjoyed the sense of community in this series and how important it is. I loved seeing the good sweet side of the Kings and the ruthless side as well. There were parts that felt a bit rushed or at least had a quicker resolution to the problem, but again it didn’t deter from the story. The passion between the characters was hot and intense. I liked how there wasn’t too much steam. Sometimes in why choose books it just seems like constant sex but this kept the story and really had the characters connecting in that way when it called for it. The narration was top tier! Loved that it was duet and had a full cast. Stella, Teddy, JF and Oscar were fantastic and brought great narrative elements to their characters. Their voices depicted what the story was saying and really brings the listener into a deeper connection. JF as Saint was fantastic and i loved his delivery of the humorous lines he had.
