The first book in a brand new trilogy by well-loved Dragonlance authors!
Two of the authors of the Elven Nations trilogy now continue the story of the elves! The fortunes of war have driven the once-great elven nations into exile in the desert land of Khur. The elves must overcome extraordinary perils including treachery to establish a new homeland.

This is the start of one of the best trilogies in all of Dragonlance, and as a lifelong fan, I do not say that lightly.
I first read Sanctuary back when it first published, and am just now getting around to the Audible version. I finished the listen in a weekend, so rapt was I with this story. It does a masterful job of showing the point of views of not only Gilthas Pathfinder, but the Lioness, and even the desert nomads. It lets you understand the stance of each.
This is probably the best trilogy outside of the writings of Weis and Hickman. Even ranking up there with them.
I was reluctant to read it initially, I mean…I’m pretty meh on the elves. But do yourself a favor and get this. It is a must read.
